The Research Journal of Le Cordon Bleu University seeks to foster scientific exchange among national and international researchers through the publication of original articles that disseminate results capable of generating future research projects. Since 2023, the journal has redefined its scope, focusing on Agricultural Sciences related to food production, biotechnology, nutrition and the food industry, as well as other food-related areas.
