The Research Journal of Le Cordon Bleu University, in its effort to fulfill the dissemination of results and knowledge, publishes all its issues in an open access format as quickly as possible.

The Research Journal of Le Cordon Bleu University adheres to the open access principles and policies established in Budapest (2002) (BOAI 10), Berlin (2003), and Bethesda (2003). It grants readers the free, irrevocable, and international right to access information, as well as to download, print, share, or link to the full text of any articles in any of the published issues, provided they are properly cited and considering the copyright rights established in Legislative Decree 822, the Copyright Law of Peru.
